Kan-ki Japanese Steakhouse And Sushi

The chef was incredibly kind, which made the experience much more enjoyable. It's a fantastic place!

We dined here a few times, but tonight's experience was disappointing. Although we waited an hour for Hibachi seating, we opted to sit in the regular dining area instead. The waitress took our drink orders, but when she returned with them, I took my orders as well. Unfortunately, the food arrived with burned rice, and there was little to no vegetable accompaniment. The shrimp was overcooked, and we received no service or drink refills during our meal. Overall, the customer service left much to be desired, and the quality of the food was lacking.

This restaurant is one my family visits quite regularly, but I found my last two experiences to be very disappointing due to cleanliness. The tables and restrooms were dirty. I even mentioned to my daughter that they really need to hire someone for cleaning if they can't manage it during busy hours. The food wasn't great either; for the price, I expected better. Overall, I was not happy with our visits here.

The wing 7/17 at 9 a.m. (at 1030p close) was set quickly. Order quickly. No one came to cook our meal til 955p, then he said it would take another 10-15 minutes before the grill heats up. I asked for a manager, no one got my party up and on the way out of a lady and said you don't have to pay for the drinks?? I didn't plan it.

This place is amazing, great food , we have so much fun , the cook was amazing and very funny, we will definitely go back!!!
