Our Recipe Roots - Flat Rock

Our Recipe Roots is located in our backyard in the village of Flat Rock. The restaurant opened during the pandemic and we were immediately hooked. We gave them our business because of the sweet owner, charming ambiance, and personal story behind their venture. But let's talk about the cake! We have bought them as gifts, brought them to birthday parties, served them to guests in our house, and ordered two more for Thanksgiving. They are a hit! Our family loves them too. They have recently opened with new early hours this week.

We have ordered two pies so far, a chocolate bourbon pecan and a cheesecake pie with apple crumble on top. Both were mind blowing delicious.? Can’t wait to try more pies and bake goods! ?
