I haven't eaten here, but have dropped in for coffee three times now and each time the coffee has been strong, consistent ... basically, excellent. Service is also friendly. Next time I'll have to stay for lunch.
I mentioned in my last review that I loved the coffee, but service could improve. Despite this place changing hands........still has an issue with service. On a positive note, the new owner (the female, def not the surly male) is super friendly, always greeting people warmly, as does the barista, who is great. But the waitress with the long black hair is probably one of the most unfriendly waitresses I've ever encountered, never a smile, just plops the food/coffee down on the table without so much as word or even eye contact. And still dirty plates/cups etc are left on the table until you leave. Shame really, as I really do love their coffee.
This place is my go to place when I 'm in 5 Dock and want a good coffee, cause you won 't get one anywhere else. Food is pretty decent too, but service could improve. I find that our dirty plates, cups etc often remain on our table whilst staff busy themselves clearing empty tables.
Best brunch family friendly, high chair and drawing materials for childrens available. The banan bread was perfect Coffee is so good so ulteriously delicious, and it's an excellent kind of way to make an excellent milk cheese.
A small little beauty in the Inner West with great coffee, great service and great food! The staff know their coffee and can suggest how to drink it whether its their own blend or their Single Origin. Almost felt like i was in Melbourne great service hard to find in Sydney Cafes.
