This place is the meaning of appropriation. You are called Ohana but you have maybe four to five things that are claiming to be hawaiian. There is not really anything authentic. It is very disappointing to see someone claim to be hawaiian not have any representation. Dole whip was the only thing that tasted good. This place is the meaning of appropriation. Try to broaden your choices to more authentic hawaiian flavors.
Pina colada frappe tasted like cold coffee with no taste of pineapple or coconut milk. When I complaint they told that's how it is.Donut was also dense and cakey. Conclusion: Bad food with worse customer service.
The food and packing was great, the driver failed twice! I am driver myself so I am well informed. Camera shows the driver semi tossed the items, obviously in a hurry. Sad service and as a driver myself, I know to tip well, he missed out on an extra $5 in cash!
I've never heard of this place until today, and more's the pity. Here's the situation: they take cake donuts (the thick kind, not the airy ones) and dip them in whatever frosting you select and a topping of your choice, so the combinations are nearly limitless. It's an interesting concept executed brilliantly.
