Lots of soup options and free samples too. Sandwiches are good. They also have bread bowls. The lobster man n cheese wasn't horrible. Good customer service.

The problem? Management! The place is operating in total disarray. The workers are slow, inexperienced and lack initiative. I waited 25 minutes for my order. The guy in front of me was served in 10 minutes; then 5 more people that came in after mewere served before me. Out of those 5, 4 of them had to come back to the counter, stop the people from what they were workingon and ask for a fork. Really? Doesn't somebody make a decision after a while to put the forks accessible to the patrons? Apparently no one there was in charge. The young lady taking orders and handing them to customers waiting had the exact sameapology rehearsed and delivered to all. The workers there and not the problem. It's the person who is supposed to be incharge. It's as if they had never been trained. Management; actually the lack thereof. That's the problem. BTW, I gave 2stars because the food was good.

Awesome food and service, travel and stop to check it not disappointed at all. All 5 of us cleaned our plates if we didn't get a long ride more soup to go.

Very pleasant staff. I had the chick tuscana sandwich and the lobster bisque soup. Both were a mistake for me. Too rich for me. The sandwich had so much sauce that I couldn't stop slipping around. I didn't finish it. There's a tasting counter. Had I seen it improve my experience.

Wonderful staff. The man in the register was very helpful to help us choose. My children had the kids noodle soup and Mac and cheese. I had trial 2 with Lobster Bisque and Chicken Fiesta Salad. Very recommended for a quick bite.
