The service at this restaurant is excellent, and everything is kept clean. I always notice the employees staying busy when I walk by; they aren’t just on their phones or idly standing around. They allow us plenty of time to make our decisions without rushing us, and they’re always eager to help when we have questions. On our last visit, we ordered an ice cream cake that looked like pancakes, and it was absolutely delicious!

After waiting over ten minutes while an employee called the store manager, I was informed that the offer only applied to locations in Los Angeles, according to the fine print. However, I had thoroughly reviewed the fine print before coming, and it specified "Los Angeles DMA," which includes Ventura County. At this point, I decided to leave without the ice cream. My son was enjoying his scoop while we waited, and the employee insisted that I needed to pay for his if we weren't getting the free one, so as not to be accused of stealing. She did offer me a 20% discount, but it felt unjust since the whole promotion was supposed to be complimentary. I later called Corporate to lodge a complaint, and they informed me that all complaints would be directed back to the store and that someone would contact me within two days. I have yet to receive that call. While the cost of the ice cream isn't my primary concern, it was supposed to be a small bonus from the sports event we attended, and the whole experience left a sour taste.

I drove past this restaurant and decided to stop in. Olivia assisted me, and she did an amazing job! I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this place, especially if Olivia is working there.

I always enjoy visiting this Baskin Robbins because it's clear that the store is well-managed. It's consistently clean, and the customer service is heartfelt. I was warmly greeted with a smile and offered a sample of daiquiri ice, which I loved and is always reliable in taste. Alma served me my ice cream and even took the time to ask how I was doing. She really made me feel welcome and happy about choosing this location. I'll definitely continue to make the 30-minute trip to come here.
