Kfc - Fernley

This location always forgets something and at this point I am taking it as them doing it on purpose. Also their food is NOT fresh to order.

The workers were very inappropriate, immature children with a bad mouth and they were not interested to speak so before customers. they have a bath and they have been thrown. the flying were everywhere and the overall experience was terrible. will never be at this place again, needs a -5 star rating!

I have ordered them by the drive thru and taken 15 to take my order, and they forget to put my 2 dips, spoons and half the chicken pliers. I walked in and the workers just walked around and danced while 5 people waited on the line and I had to wait 10 minutes to get my dives.

We stopped here for a bite on the way through and it was asphault melting hot. Literally. We dida mobile order for the first time and we want inside to pick it up. The Manager, was super peppy and was in the training mood as she was also teaching a new employee, so she helped teach us how to determine the state of an order based on where the bags were placed in the pick-up area. She was super sweet and so was her trainee.Thank you guys for the explanation, the food, the finger sporks and the reprieve from the overbearing heat of our infernal sun. y'all seemed like you would have been fun to party with. That is... if there are parties in Fernley.
