Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fayetteville

I only recommend this restaurant for the food. I wish the staff were more welcoming and friendly. Despite this, they are open for service. However, their open sign is not being turned on.

I will not be returning to this location or ordering online again. I ordered two Bahama Mamas online, but one had a fat burner and the other had whey protein, which were not specified in the menu. Both drinks were labeled as Bahama Mama only. When I asked the server which one had the whey protein so I could give it to my sister, he pointed to one. However, when I gave it to her, she couldn't taste the whey. Now I am doubtful if my drink had the requested add-on.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past week. During my first visit, the quesadilla was not cooked long enough to melt the cheese. On my second trip, there was a mistake with my order and both quesadillas were only half filled. After reading other reviews mentioning bad attitudes and poor service over the years, it seems clear that these issues will not be addressed.

The regular crew in the morning is very nice ....I go there often so they know me by face so they are on it with my smoothie...there's one that stands out and its Olivia....love her!!!!

Place was clean and staff very friendly. Did not have to wait long for my food and smoothie. The chia banana boost and three cheese quesadilla are my favorites. ?
