Chick-fil-a - Fayetteville

Great food and service! highly recommended; will return definitiw.

I live in raleigh and last week while I worked in fayetteville, I went to this Chick-fil-A place to take a quick lunch. When I came into the window to pay, I realized that my entire wallet was left in raleigh and that I would not be able to pay for my lunch (I was hungry) and would have to wait until dinner to eat. without tyson banks explaining something about the hired who works the drive-thru window, he told me was lunching on them without hesitating. that meant so much to me, and he is an exemplary employee of the brand Chick-Fil-A and everything they stand for. it is an excellent customer service like this (and the delicious food) that returns me. this week when I passed this special Chick-Fil-A again (with my wallet actually on me this time), I went back to say thank you and pay for my meal. the personal refused the payment and told me that my further loyalty to Chick-Fil-A was enough. the big people here make the big eat even bigger!

The ball is back! after 2 years of madness can be children again. the new shop operator cody hopper personally came to my family and invited my children to play the first. they were so excited! Obviously he took over this skibo rd location three months ago and the reopening of the playground was one of his great goals. we are really grateful. my 5 year old is freaked out and said how he could never play at a place his whole life and that was the best day of his life (he was just a small child when everything was shut off). the load also looks great and cody was out there and kept everything smooth during the lunch break. I must love the guidance of the servants.

Absolute garbage customer service. they know their order before they go through the running gear or crash their entire system. reduce window times to see good on paper, but they end up with zero customer service. we had to wait to order so that we could come to the menu item to place an order, then of course our food was not ready until we were at the window, so we had to wait on the road on the deep parking lot for our food. all this because we didn't notice the menu before we go through a drive-thru! oh and they forgot our children so we had to go to the load to get this. most employees were nice, but so hey at least that was good!

Nothing worse than getting all the way home and they do not forget 1 order of the pommes, not 2 order of the pommes, but all 3 orderings were not in my pocket! yo! that totally tears me down! as this is chic fil a! expectations are so much higher! so this evaluation gets a 2! cannot even enjoy the rest of my things because they have messed up them! over $50 paid to not get all my stuff! ah! get it together.
