Desde Mi Balcon - Fayetteville

I have ordered food from desde mi balcon multiple times and I am always satisfied. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and comes in generous portions. I recently ordered 42 meals for my team and each one was just as delicious, with consistent portions and freshness. The staff was very friendly and I will continue to order meals for my team from them. Overall, it has been a great experience every time and I am thrilled to have discovered this place! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was our first time at the restaurant. We sat down at a table, but despite being noticed by the staff, no one came to take our order. After 18 minutes of being ignored, my husband had to ask a lady how we could get service. She directed us to the cashier to place our order. When I asked for a menu, the cashier simply listed off the items they had. The owner should consider providing menus for customers to peruse and make an informed decision. There were multiple employees present, so at least one or two should have been serving as waiters. Additionally, customers should pay after they have finished their meal. Lastly, I ordered mofongo but received mashed green plantains instead. As a Puerto Rican, I am familiar with traditional dishes and was disappointed by the mix-up.

The food is fantastic, place is clean , atmosphere is family, just love to eat here

I had a party of 6. We were seated quickly. The server was very kind and patient. All of our dishes were delicious. Nice paintings on the walls. Will definitely visit again.
