Chick-fil-a - Fayetteville

The customer service is excellent, and the shakes are among the best I've ever had.

This is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A, and I absolutely adore all the employees. I walked in after having a really tough day, and the cashier—whose name I unfortunately didn't catch—was so kind and turned my entire week around. They deserve every raise possible; whatever they're being paid isn't enough. It's hard to find fast food places that offer both great food and excellent service, but this is one of those rare gems.

I visited yesterday and ordered a meal for my family. I realize it was a large order, but I double-checked my bag and noticed that two meals were missing. I called the restaurant to inform the staff, but they told me there was nothing they could do since I had already left. So, I had to go back, pay for the two missing meals, and then continue with my day. We really love Chick-fil-A, but this experience has made me rethink our next visit.

I ordered a chicken sandwich menu and a chicken nuggets menu. I paid $14 and only got the chicken nuggets meal. When she asked what happened to my other meal, the woman told me it was ripped off?. I didn't even want to argue, so I just left. I'm not sure how to cancel an order, and I'm not sure why I was charged for it. I don't want to come back. Disappoint.

Friendly staff, delicious hot food, fast line. I mean, come ooonnn, how much more perfect can you possibly be? Pssst, I love you Chila-fil-a ?
