Eddie O'briens Grille And - Farmington

I asked the hostess to speak to a manager, who was supposed to come to our table, but we never saw or heard from him. On the third attempt, my husband’s sandwich was acceptable, but certainly not impressive. Throughout our meal, we didn’t receive any drink refills, nor were there any apologies for the mistakes with our order—nothing at all. This restaurant clearly does not prioritize the dining experience or customer satisfaction. We will not be returning.

I had never been here before, but I really enjoyed it. The chicken tacos were delicious, and the side salad was excellent. I definitely plan to return. The waitstaff was also very pleasant.

Took the family (4) out to dinner this evening, or rather, I TRIED to take the family out. We walked in at 550, we were immediately sat at a table that came with a complimentary serving of french fries on the floor. After 15 minutes of watching thesurrounding tables be taken care of, and 3 newly (after us) tables be taken of, we left. Nobody greeted us, it was like weweren't even there. Just sitting with my wife and kids, in filth, with our menus and nothing else. Restaurant was maybe halfseated at this point, with at least 3 servers and a busser in the immediate area.

Yesterday around 12:30 PM, I visited the restaurant and placed a to-go order for a regular Reuben sandwich and onion rings. I waited 45 minutes for my order, and eventually, the bartender offered me complimentary soup due to the delay, which I declined. When I finally received my food, I was disappointed with the service. I won’t be returning to this particular Eddie O’Brien’s, as it seems the kitchen has issues with fulfilling to-go orders promptly. I plan to go back to the Canandaigua location, where I’ve never had any problems. To top it off, there were French fries underneath my onion rings.

Food was ok, I think our waitress was new because she was very slow and visited each table and went and got what they needed and came back when she could have gotten everything for multiple tables in one trip. Work smarter not harder! Have to learn timemanagement and multi tasking to effectively wait tables in a timely manner. It was not busy at all but took much longer to get aquick lunch than I anticipated. It's very nice in there though, and the food was worth going back for.
