Dunkin' - Farmington

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The coffee was average and the breakfast sandwich I ordered was just okay. The atmosphere was very lively and upbeat. I visited early in the morning and they even had their own radio station playing with ads and energetic music. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it could definitely help wake you up!

The team at this Dunkin is quick, efficient, and friendly. They outshine the team in Canandaigua by a mile.

The restaurant is always slow, whether there are 10 cars in line or just 3. Both inside the store and in the drive-through, the service is consistently very slow.

Customer Service is really hit or miss here and on more than one occasion, I needed to go in to correct my drive through order. Edited review to 1 star. Since the initial review, I've gone back twice and they've messed up twice. Getting reallytired this.

I had the best ice coffee and best glazed donut I've ever had from a Dunkin. Also they are renovated very cool. Quick service as well. Way better than most Dunkin donuts that I've been to. Buuuuut there were wasps inside and that was mildly terrifying.
