Hi Hat Pancake House - Farmingdale

I visited this local restaurant on a Sunday morning for breakfast. It's a great spot to enjoy delicious local food. They offer a variety of pancakes and a full breakfast menu. I recommend trying the McHat sandwich or any flavor pancakes. The coffee is hot and fresh, with many flavors to choose from. Just a reminder, they only accept cash or local checks, no credit cards. Overall, a fantastic value for a breakfast meal.

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The service is always friendly, although it can be a bit slow at times. I highly recommend trying the fried squid and chicken dishes.

On Father's Day, we waited 15 minutes for a table and another 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order for three people. We waited an hour for our food only to be told that our order was lost. It's understandable to forget toast or sugar, but to forget three complete meals is unacceptable. This was by far the worst Father's Day experience we've ever had. Thank you for ruining our special day.
