Kfc - Fargo

I placed a large order for a party that needed to be prepared exactly as requested. I was pleased to find that the order was completed perfectly. The staff at the drive-thru window were polite and very accommodating. The chicken and side dishes were outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The food at the restaurant was excellent; everything on the buffet was hot and fresh. There were no items running low or unavailable, which is impressive. Overall, I would say they deserve a five-star rating for their efforts. I deducted one star because the dining room was somewhat disorganized and the condiment options were quite limited. I'm a big fan of honey on biscuits! Keep up the great work, and you will undoubtedly stand out among your competitors in the FM area.

I introduced a great order that had to be done right for a party. the order was made exactly according to my specifications and the service personnel on the running gear through windows were polite and very helpful. that was good and the sides were excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Didnt have huge expectations going in but I was in the mood for chicken so gave it a shot. Even once there were like 20 customers in the building the chicken was only stocked a couple at a time. If you want white meat chicken they have a sign that says you have to ask for it they do not even put it out. I dont think I saw the chicken ever get over 4 pieces and most of the time it was 1 or 2 pieces. Not all of the bins for the buffet were in use. The food was decent enough quality for being on a buffet but with so many options out there for food this location really needs to step up its game.

I visited the 25th Street South location for their buffet at 6:03 p.m., and I was disappointed. There was only a small spoonful of coleslaw available, and I expected more to be replenished on my second trip to the buffet, but there was nothing. Additionally, there was hardly any chicken served on either of my visits to the buffet. I ended up taking the last two pieces of chicken on my second trip, and that was the end of my meal. I stayed for an hour, and when I left, there was still no chicken or coleslaw. The counter where you slide your tray was also messy, with food spilled all over. To top it off, there were no lids for the drink cups. I noticed the staff walked by the buffet on both sides without bothering to check on it. Overall, I found the management and employees to be lacking in care and attention.
