I had to wait forever for my order, and eventually when I asked I was told they were out of pumpkin donuts. Also I asked for light ice in my cold brew and it seemed like extra ice instead. The small things make a huge difference!
2 stars equals the 25% accuracy on orders. Don?t bother unless you just want to spin the wheel and be surprised.
Grocery stores have implemented similar measures with one-way aisles to direct traffic flow and reduce human contact for optimal efficiency. The coffee and donuts here maintain the consistent taste expected from the franchise. In my experience, customer service in Northern Virginia ranges from marginal to poor, with this particular store falling at the marginal end of the spectrum, sadly considered one of the better options. My past encounters with this location have been marked by inaccurate and slow service even before the pandemic. I believe that maintaining a 6-foot distance between customers can help alleviate impatience, which often arises on the customer side of the counter and adds unnecessary pressure on the staff. With fewer people out and about and properly distanced, service quality should ideally improve. The current situation presents an opportunity to slow down and prioritize safety and efficiency to benefit both customers and employees.
