Rude employees, wouldn't help me get items in the car.

What an amazing shop! The staff is super helpful and today I was shopping with a baby and Catherine opened another cash line, so she helped me through faster and even helped me unload my shopping cart. So wonderful and personal! The products and meat are always fresh compared to everything else.

His pharmacy. it never has your recipes ready. They call and ask for a time frame and wait. the weekend staff is over rude. No matter how much you gave them Ur script, is not ready. This is difficult if you live over 30 minutes away. the week end of crews bad attitude becomes old.

It's like a pharmacy that can never seem to have your prescriptions ready on time. Even if you call to ask for an estimated timeframe, you still find yourself waiting. The weekend staff is incredibly rude, and despite giving them plenty of notice, your medication is never prepared. This is especially frustrating when you live over 30 minutes away. The consistently poor attitude of the weekend crew is becoming really tiresome.

Stopped in for a couple of items mid day and again not enough checkers to accommodate everyone. Not only that but one of the checkers decided to turn her light off and let everyone wait. I get it may be her break but what happened to customer service? Why doesn't management have enough people ready to step in to check out during crowded periods. Seems King Soopers has them beat hands down when it comes to checking out. Not to mention a much better selection and lower prices. With all the growth out here it's too bad King Soopers hasn't made a presence. I would still rather drive a bit farther to get better selection, price and better service checking out. This will be my last time shopping at Safeway again...
