Usually I wouldn't say anything because I understand what it is to work fast food, but they were impatient and asked me rudely three times what they could do for me before I even came to the counter. I wanted to add a drink, but when I said calmly, the cashier said my sum, without saying anything else.
Of course the pretzels are good. They've always been. Now it is time to update the staff and clean the place. Starting with the nasty looking coke machine. We were here today. Everyone in my family was so happy that I proposed a snack from here. I ordered a broad dog and was told there was no one. So we have several pulp bits and drinks. There was no ice in the Soda machine, so we asked for ice. Somewhere back the staff got us ice. The Dr. Pepper was out and then Fanta Orange. You told me there was not only Speite or Coke anymore. Come on. I'd rather see a Wetzel Pretzels. I miss how this place was.
Staff is rude and could care less about working or customers. My daughter usually goes in and gets a pretzel every time we?re in the mall, but we will not be going back to this location until the staff has changed. The manager is just as rude as the staff, so unless corporate or the owner stays in, this behavior will continue. I?m making a negative review as we have had several poor experiences with the staff at this location and something needs to be done.
People are so rude! Great customer service! They are young without experience. The pulpits are never fresh. You talk more than work. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's worth driving to West County.
I know it's hard at this time to find good help, but Aunt Ann?s had problems with their staff rude and simply useless for years. I'm sure a good manager who would explain to his employees that they welcome a customer alway and maybe even smiles would help a lot. A good manager would also tell their employees that rolling your eyes if someone ordered an item from the menu is not the right answer. I mean, if the production of broad dogs is so hard, maybe they shouldn't be on the menu.
