Arby's - Fairhope

We ordered cranky frits and got a mixture of curling and folding cold frits after about 7 minutes waiting in the running thru. sandwiches were so, we will not be back.

We were there for 29 minutes. If it weren't for my sister, I would have left 20 minutes ago.

Normally, I receive excellent service at this restaurant, but today I encountered a woman in the drive-thru who was unfriendly. Additionally, my roast beef sandwich was very dry and I did not receive any sauce.

I guess they decide when they are open inside, because sometimes they can go in and order and other time they are closed inside and so they can only set up the running gear. what an inconvenience! very bad customer service!

The service is always good, but sometimes the food orders are not accurate. Make sure to check your order before leaving to avoid any errors.
