Contribuiți la feedbackGreat sushi! We usually get various special rolls from here, and my favorite part is the wild rice that is used for the rolls. It is so good, and they are big pieces of sushi. I would absolutely go back and eat there!Food: 5/5
Quiet little restaurant. Excellent service. Decent, reasonably priced food. Was nice for a quiet dinner with a variety of dishes.Vegetarian options: Ate there with a vegetarian friend who found multiple dishes to eat.Parking: Very small parking lot but the business next door was closed early so there would be additional parking there.
Great spot all around. One of our go to's in the area for pan Asian cuisine nice when my husband and I can't decide between sushi, Thai, and Chinese. We both have options here when we're craving something different. We haven't been yet, but they have a bar and apparently have happy hour drink specials 7 days a week. Also lunch specials are 7 days a week.Parking: The parking lot is a little tight and sometimes quite full, but I usually can find a spot. I think there's a lot below/behind the restaurant too, so there should be availability.
Food always good, has been for all the years I've eaten here. Lively bar with plenty of regulars, good place to meet friends or make new ones. Bar can be loud, and there is karaoke on Thursday, so you've been warnedFood: 5/5
My manager and coworkers have been loyal customers of Sweet Basil for quite some time now. We typically order lunch for it to be delivered to our building suite. We have never had a problem doing this, however they started charging a $3 delivery fee, which typically is normal and we had no complaints about that. Today, my manager and I both ordered using separate cards, but our food was being delivered to the exact same location and they charged each of us $5 delivery fees. On top of that, asked us to tip the delivery driver. I had called them and asked why there would be different delivery fees when both orders are being delivered to the same place. The person on the other line hung up on me!!!! I called back immediately, and they said (very arrogantly) they could not do anything about it bc they're manager stated it's on 2 different cards, so they will charge us separate fees!!! Sad for Sweet Basil because my office ordered from there almost every week..... now we will no longer order there. Try to have better customer service skills!!
