Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fairfield

Great eating when they have it. if they want something next to huh, there is a 50% chance they don't have what they have ordered. the online order is a sweat, because the load never has everything they have ordered. food: 4/5

I usually love this place, but today's customer service was terrible. the hired in the car thru were rude, and when we waited for the rest of our order, which was only sauces and pommes, they looked at us and ignored us completely, but among themselves. when my partner tried to get her attention, did they act as if we had done something wrong? I called the manager number that is on the window and she was very nice, but if that's how her personal is regular, I feel for her.

Eating is good, but for the restaurant as short workers as they have still managed to get our food in time. we could get back to the road in time. park: we were able to park everyone where we wantedwheelchair accessibility: there was enough parking space and a ramp to get into the restaurant without problems.

I have (2) the last experiences with popeyes in fairfield both were excellent. I took several people to lunch there our food was hot, fresh and all our orders were right and the staff was very friendly! and today we just have the drive-thru to get cookies! they have the absolutely best cookies. I could hear him clearly and I moved up into the window both staff were very friendly and the cookies were hot fresh and tasty! if they want to chicken and biscuits and kartoffels, they should try fairfield popeyes!

Food is generally good. Hours are not up to date, states closing at 11pm, I went to the drive thru at 10:30 waited for a few minutes and then an employee came out to let us know they actually close at 10pm.
