Mcdonald's - Fairfield

I experienced a drive-thru order, and the food was fresh and accurate. The staff was excellent and consistently friendly.

The service is quick, and the food is consistently served hot and as ordered. However, I have to update my review. I'm not sure what happened, but the burgers I purchased this time were the worst I've ever encountered. They were dry and overcooked, with a hard texture.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed my order, but they got it wrong and charged me $10 extra. When I brought the mistake to their attention, the staff seemed annoyed, even though it was their fault. At this point, I expect someone of their age to know how to address problems they've created. Plus, it took more than five minutes for someone to answer the headset. Honestly, if Miss Pam isn't working, it seems like they can't manage to do their jobs properly.

They usually get my coffee right but they are always real nice.

I'm loving it! And there was the most delightful worker it read Hannah on her name tag) she was so polite and so courteous .
