Dunkin' - Fairfield

Climb on the drive0thru and drove around to go inside. a girl was both. more slowly than mist! owner or manager finally came out of the way and took my command. I couldn't even go the toilet room and wait because they were locked up.

Worst service ever ! I ordered a medium iced cake batter latte and they literally handed me a cup full of flavored milk theirs not one single drop of coffee in this drink. When I asked what I assumed to be the manager if my drink was right and turned to girl making the drinks and she just looked down and shook her head to say yes. I understand if a business is understaffed that lines will be slower but just because you are under staffed doesn't mean you should just be passing out anything just to get the customer to go away.

I will never attempt to go to a Dunkin Donuts that is owned by this owner. Every single one of his stores are poorly ran. The espresso machine is NEVER working at any of his 3 locations I know of. I did a mobile order for a latte and I get there and my drink is not ready because their espresso machine isn’t working and they said if I came in the next day with my receipt, they would give me my drink free of charge and I go in the next day and then again 2 days later and it is still not working. I will never waste my time with this place. So many bad experiences with every single one of his locations!

Drink made just the way Ilike it and you can have the best blue berry glazed donut I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Thank you for being serious about the quality of service and food that you provide to your customers. That donut was fire ?

Dunkin' is my go to place for iced coffee. It may not be the other well known coffee place, but it's my favorite. They are fast, friendly and way better in my book. Go Dunkin'!!!!
