Steak 'n Shake - Fairfax

Got their single patty steak-burger off the starship bot yesterday. it was my first time trying it ever and i can honestly say that food was a 8.5/10. my only complaint is i ordered large fries and i wish they had filled it up to the top. small portions. other than that it was delicious. i’ve heard a lot of complaints which hindered me from trying it in the first place but i was very surprised. assuming it won’t taste like this all the time i consider myself lucky.

I had an experience similar to Tawsif 's and it might have been the same employee that mistreated him but not sure.I was waiting to get my food and thought I heard my order number so I went to go pick it up. As soon as I went to the counter to pick up my food the first thing the employee said to me was Can you hear? deciding to insult my hearing in a crowded Johnson center instead of helping me, the customer, confirm I heard the right order number. When I re-read the order number to him and asked politely if it was mine (because he wouldn 't tell me) he condescendingly replied YES . This happened a little more than a year ago and I haven 't been there since.

The people there were nice the food was great and I got my food fast

Absolutely disgusted! I really like this restaurant and after my second time going here, there's a freaking hair in my burger! I should've known because the workers dont wear hair nets. I definitely wont be back in awhile

Oh my gosh’ my favorite fast food friendly franchise. We don’t have them in Pennsylvania so when we come through heading to Florida it is a must have and my kids will beg for it. So yummy it practically melts in your mouth!!!
