I can't speak for lunch and dinner, but this is my favorite breakfast spot in the Carroll and Adams County areas.
Nice little gem in my hometown of Littlestown, PAWalked in and were greeted right away by multiple friendly staff members.
We were on our way to Baltimore, and I had yet to try scrapple while still in Pennsylvania.
