Noodle House Thai - Fairbanks

Really good eating with a pleasant atmosphere. the staff is very friendly and polite. my biggest highlight would be the chai coffee. food quality, quantity and presentation is excellent. be ready to ask a togo box. if someone desires a few pad-thai, the noodle house is the place to go.

The noodles are made in-house every day, and they're absolutely fantastic. Today, I had the home-style noodles with beef for the second time, and they were amazing. Incredible food. I got the drunk noodles with huh and it was so nice tender noodles, fresh sweet, tasteful sosse, good huh. 10/10. there was a big table next to me, who was also ridden about her food. great service to finish everything. many thanks to noodle house.

I enjoyed some excellent Thai food conveniently located near my downtown accommodation. I ordered pad thai and spring rolls, and the spring rolls were outstanding. The pad thai could have been spicier, but since I didn't indicate my preferred heat level and they didn't inquire about it, I wasn't sure if it could have been adjusted. Overall, it was a lovely warm meal after a long, chilly day in Denali.

I’m visiting from Denver and happened upon this place on a whim. It’s better than any Thai food I’ve had in Denver and may very well be the best Thai food I’ve ever had period. I’d skip the spring rolls and go straight for the green curry or one of their noodle dishes. I heard their noodles are homemade but I’m not 100% sure. We went twice during our visit and were soooo satisfied.
