Ray's Pizza - Fair Lawn

We absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is incredible, reasonably priced, and made with fresh ingredients—what more could you want? It’s definitely my favorite spot to unwind after a tough day at work or when I have guests over. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Tonight, I chatted with Jimmy, who delivered our pizza, and he was both hilarious and kind. This place truly embodies the spirit of a family-owned restaurant. If Ray's isn’t your local pizzeria yet, it definitely should be! You won’t be disappointed! Everything from the salad to the pizza is fantastic!

Jersey pizza is truly the best! Sharing it with the next generation makes it even better. I enjoyed a slice with an old friend and my daughter, and it was delicious—even after being reheated in the middle of the night, it still tasted great and gooey. However, I have to mention one thing that really bothered me: the staff member had his hand on my pizza crust. I understand it’s going into a 900-degree oven, but come on, please keep your hands off my food! It would be better if you either wore gloves or at least kept it out of sight. That almost ruined the experience for me. On a positive note, the tea brand was excellent and the waitress was very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re from Fair Lawn or not. I lived there as a kid and have moved away, but I came back to find the pizza is still amazing!

You absolutely need to try the grandma's pizza! I've been a fan of Ray's for years, and their regular pizza is fantastic, with large slices and fresh ingredients. Recently, I had the chance to try the grandma's pie, and the sauce has a wonderful fresh tomato flavor with hints of garlic. I can’t quite put it into words—just give it a try!

Ray is an excellent option for families! Their salad specialties feature fantastic, fresh fruits that are simply delicious. The pizza is, of course, amazing, just like everything else we sampled. An added bonus is that it's BYOB!
