Royal Grill - FAGGIANO

Hi think that meat quality is high, and staff cook it very well. Meat selection is complete enough, but sausages variety could be more extensive. To drink Primitivo is excellent. Unfortunately, in my opinion, considering price there are some place more convenient and with a more extensive meat variety

We arrived here by accident on our way back from the sea (Pulsano) to our stay in Ceglie Messapica. Non touristic village with a nice, lovely center (piazza with two churches). We noticed the local grill restaurant where you have to chose your meat in the indoor butchery. We were advised (only in Italian) some local specialties including special potatoes. Nice outdoor setting (street was temporarily closed for traffic). Overall, we had an excellent diner (only grilled meat, no pasta) in a simple setting but at a very democratic price. Nice people, good food, we certainly recommend this place!

Abbiamo prenotato un misto di carne presso questo ristorante. La qualità della carne era eccellente, soprattutto i fegatini erano deliziosi. Anche le patatine avevano un colore dorato e croccante. Il proprietario è gentile e il servizio è molto veloce. Consigliato!

Piccola trattoria situata nel centro di Faggiano. La carne cotta è di alta qualità e molto gustosa. I formaggi sono accompagnati da marmellate e patatine dal sapore delizioso. Abbiamo ordinato un pollo molto succoso e un taglio di angus molto saporito. Un posto molto tranquillo, dove si può respirare un'atmosfera familiare. Il proprietario e tutto il personale sono molto gentili.

Truly a nice discovery for us. The meat is delicious and very tender. Then the fantastic American Angus as well as the meat birds and the steak. Really good. Quality and courtesy. We will be back.
