Caffe Tarentum - TARANTO

Great bar offering a wide range of pastry products, ice cream and own production buffet, the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. It has a lounge and a mezzanine where you can enjoy excellent desserts, ice creams, rustic or a great coffee. The place is very clean and toilets are impeccable. Prices are quite competitive and I recommend trying to everyone.

My wife and I were visiting taranto, and looking through the best bars reviewed, there was only tarentum coffee. As soon as you arrive you can immediately see the elegant and modern style. Recently renovated and really tasteful. Passing to the breakfast side what to say, we took 2 different pastries, 1 classic with pastry cream and black cherry and 1 with ricotta and chocolate drops. Be exquisite, with soft paste that dissolved in the mouth and the filling of both really delicious. On the personal side, the lady who took the order and who also served us, despite both the owner, very kind, kind and very friendly. If we had to return to Taranto it will certainly be a stop to repeat. Very recommended.

Good coffee and croissants! Difficult to find parking nearby but once you have managed a stop here it is to plan it. I didn't see the bathroom, I assume there is, or a facilitated entrance, for example for the disabled. An aspect that I do not tolerate, and for this reason the four stars, the indifference in the present without mask or with the same under the nose.
