Cafe Fish Sandwich - Faaborg-Midtfyn

After late summer holidays in Faaborg and discovered a little unexpected Faaborg Smokeeri Cafe during a walk. Ordered a little food and drink it all super OK but that struck me was the operation it is very rare that you experience so engaged and polite young people behind the disk and among the tables which were abandoned all the time. We visited the café several times and were always met with big smiles and happy comments.

Had brunch which was really good. There were nice things on the plate and it tasted really good.

We were served really nice food and experienced quite good service. I got star shot which was really nice with both white and breaded fish. Quite delicious, the dressing was served in a small bowl so that I could dose the amount myself. My wife got tuna mousse which she enjoyed. It tasted as it should. Ordering and serving was done in a reasonable time and with a smile. The room is nice and clean. Here we may come back another time

A simple fish sandwich with fish in three preparation methods. Boiled, breaded and smoked with some shrimps, salad and tartar sauce on the side. Tasty lunch in all its simplicity on a quiet square in the center.

Good food with a cozy atmosphere. Friendly service. A little long waiting time on a not so full Saturday night.
