McDonald's - Exeter

I’ve been to this location many times and it’s never great. However I’m so done with this place. As usual the fries were cold and burger thrown together. But when my drink had no ice and was flat and room temperature? It’s the worst McDonald’s ever.

Usually the service is decent and the food takes a while. Not sure what happened in the last little while but our food was quick and the young lady behind the counter was very polite and friendly. Very cheerful and helpful. Good job!

McDonald's is known for its fast food service. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow, with workers moving at a snail's pace. The girl taking my order was inefficient and made mistakes. My order was wrong not once, but twice - first, she forgot my smoothie and then got my burger completely wrong. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will definitely be visiting A&W or Wendy's the next time I'm in Exeter. Needless to say, I won't be returning to McDonald's on Main St N.

We don't do a lot of eating out anymore, however when McDonald's brought out a Fish and Chips meal on their menu we needed to try it. Well we have tried it twice and enjoyed it quite a lot. The 2nd time was because we needed to have something quick before a volunteer meeting. Being as this McDonald's is close to home we knew that the service would be great and the place would be clean and quick. The people who are running this location are very friendly. We trust that we will enjoy whatever we try there and that we will meet other people we know because they feel it is a great place to hang out with friends.

The English muffin was extremely overcooked!! I only noticed once I got back home. Why would they serve something like that? Why???
