A&w Canada - Exeter

We did drive thru here yesterday and the woman’s voice was not understandable through her thick accent on top of the fact she couldn’t listen to our questions without speaking over us or assuming what we said. My husband asked if the mama burger had tomatoes and this person had a hard time interpreting our question? Maybe someone with more refined English could cover drive through just to avoid miscommunication. No hate to her that she was in that position. This is a management issue. Our fries we’re basically raw.. but the burgers and chicken sandwich were nice!

Don't order sweet potato fries from here. We got some, and it wasn't even busy at this time so I don't know how this happened, but they were cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. They were like eating a crunchy raw potato. Awful. If we hadn't already driven so far away I'd have gone back and gotten a refund.

I came in for breakfast as usual and it’s always clean and fresh in the morning. I ordered a Canadian breakfast which comes with coffee in a glass mug but the lady serving me said I can get whatever I want so I ordered a mocha, which she charged me for an extra mocha separately but I paid thinking it would be worth it, I could drink the coffee and take the mocha with me! But no coffee came and the mocha came in a to go cup. I really like the glass because I hate the plastic liners in the cup’s leaching into my drink. The mocha was very gross anyways so I didn’t ended up drinking anything at all. But the food was good and the service besides that miscommunication was good too.

Hello ? I stoped at A&W to get some coffees on my way to Bayfield.The service was great...polite and fast.Thank you.....and this was my first visit....but not the last??

I got a bacon cheese burger no pickles no sauce only ketchup and cheese but I got pickles and onions and sauce no bacon also it took 6 minutes to get this order workers sound like they don't wanna work there never going back here again
