Costa Vida - Evanston

This is the slowest Costa Vida I have ever been to. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready at 6:39. After asking 2 times about my food it was finally done at 7. When I would stand by the register to ask about my food, the cashier would see me but continue to wipe trays and wouldn’t ask if I needed help. When I finally got him to acknowledge I needed help he told me didn’t so the online orders. I asked him to just go check on it which he did reluctantly. There was a huge line of customers and I’ve never seen such slow workers. No one was working hard and looked like they didn’t want to be there. I’ll never eat at this location again

Found hair in my salad and chips. Maybe start wearing hair nets There was even a time when I ordered chicken tacos and when I got home there were maybe 2 small pieces of chicken in the tacos and none of the usual condiments in the tacos

Waited for awhile for someone to help me. Lettuce in my salad was old Didn’t give me much food Pork tasted weird

Where is the Mexican Food?? I don't see Mexican food here!

Enjoy the food at Costa Vida. My favorite is anything dish with sweet pork.
