Chili's Grill

I visited this restaurant for the second time and had a very negative experience sitting at the bar. On both occasions, I was ignored by the managers who seemed to be staring at me without acknowledging my presence. The first time, the female manager was talking to a customer and didn't acknowledge me at all. Today, around 2:30 in the afternoon, the male manager with long hair and glasses was sitting at the bar like a customer, staring at me when I sat down before disappearing into the back. I believe this treatment was based on my race, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. Overall, my experience was terrible.

I had to wait to pick up my order as it took around 20 minutes to get noticed. However, once I was acknowledged, the customer service was excellent.

I always order the Fajita trio at this restaurant, but I found the steak to be tough and the shrimp to be small. However, my drink was tasty.

We went with a group of old friends during Northwestern Homecoming and our waiter Jackie was phenomenal! They checked in with us regularly, all of our orders were correct, and the food was warm and delicious. Our friend got the Halloween special and theygave her vampire fangs. So fun!
