We've been coming to Eureka for years and found this jewel of a Japanese restaurant by chance. I ordered the Tempura dinner with the Dragon Sushi Roll to take it out, was the best I had for years. The presentation was nice on the sushi roll plus a flower design (this on an extract, wow! Waiting time was longer than I was told, but waiting was worth it. Well, I ignored some bad reviews on Yelp! This will be my place!

Love it, dear Jenny, excellent and fresh sushi. I like the Salattrio and lemon roll, but cook is the choice option is great if you curate a meal of those who know their sushi better than you want. My favorite sushi option in Eureka.

While you should probably make reservations, we were lucky to be seated on a Thursday night at the Sushi bar. The chefs rolling were quiet enough to give us our space, but fun and easy to talk to. Great music and fast service. Very romantic setting and excellent sake.
