Golden Harvest Cafe - Eureka

When I say this breakfast made me emotional I want you to believe me. This came as a surprise to me but this is the best biscuits and gravy I?ve ever had. Coming from a southern family I?ve been searching for good biscuits and gravy everywhere I go in California and somehow this place nailed it. Their pancakes were PERFECT as well.

I enjoyed eating at this home town favorite. Although I didn't try it, several in our party tried the potato cakes. I had the California Scramble (pictured below) with a side of fruit and seasoned potatoes. Fruit was fresh, sweet and cut up perfectly. The scramble had a diverse mix of salt, avocado and cheese. My only complaint is the seasoned potatoes had a little too much salt on it. The staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Would def come back.

Had a good breakfast. The server was very nice. Food came out quick. Perfect size portions. I liked the organic ketchup. Would eat here again.

This restaurant is the top spot in town for breakfast. The dishes are all made from scratch, including freshly squeezed juices. I love the Benedicts, and my daughter couldn't stop talking about the pancakes. The organic lattes are also fantastic. We have been back a few times and the food is always consistently delicious. They get very busy on weekends, but it's definitely worth the wait. The staff is friendly and hardworking.
