Restaurant Akasaka - Essen

Great food but oh slow slow service. Waited one hour for food to arrive. Waitress lovely but only one chef. However the food when it eventually came was excellent. Only 3 stars due to slow service, but food was 4 star.

We were satisfied like always. Great variety and choices of Sushi fresh made. A nice atmosphere in a good quality restaurant. It is a bit pricy, but I am willing to pay it when I know that I will get fresh and yummy Sushi. The delivery of our order took quite some time, but the results was satisfying. It is likely the best Japanese restaurant in Essen. Not very crowded inside and not too much parking spots are available.

Went to this place with 4 kids and we had to wait, wait and wait. We decided to leave because we waited more then 45 min for nothing and they where not even sorry. Had to pay for the drinks. The online orders where handled first. they don 't speak German, English there simply to stupid to run there business. MY ADVICE DON 'T GO THERE EVER !!!!

My wife and I have already eaten there. The sushi was the first class prepared by the boss himself. We could watch from the table how he prepared everything. It takes its time sushi for two people, about 40 minutes, but the waiting time was worth. The service was very nice. Everything in the frame for good sushi . Very recommended!!!

Very good Japanese in Essen! The staff takes time for the delicious dishes! The menus are absolutely recommended and saturate more than sufficient. Bonus points: Toys for children and high chairs are available We are happy here and will always come here and regularly!
