Subway - Escalante

On Sunday, May 14th, we arrived at this restaurant 45 minutes before closing time. We found that the teenage employee working had already put away all the chairs and covered the food, essentially hiding in the back. When he eventually came out, I inquired if they were still open, to which he responded that they were about to close. I expressed my frustration with a roll of my eyes and left.

Everyone needs a Peter Phillip the 4th to make a sandwich for them. It was a busy weekend and the two employees were friendly and respectful even though you could tell they had to deal with alot of customers.

Good subs made quickly a friendly staff easy way to have a picnicking lunch for hiking Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
