Best Western Nottingham Derby - Erewash

My car broke down and I ended up spending a lot of time at this restaurant. The management and security went above and beyond to help me find assistance for my car. They also provide shelter for refugees, making it a truly blessed hotel. It's a great place for a pit stop on the motorway, and they even have cold drinks available. I wouldn't hesitate to try their breakfast as well.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It is not a desirable place to stay.

We had a reservation for September 24th and 25th, but the restaurant cancelled it three days beforehand, stating that they wanted exclusive use of the hotel. This was especially disappointing as we had booked for our daughter's birthday and had also planned to attend a ballet as a special treat. We were forced to quickly find alternative accommodation, which ended up costing us twice as much. We were extremely upset by the last-minute cancellation and will definitely not be booking with them again.

Staff brilliant. Shame the place is affected by covid.

Lovely hotel very clean, staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable I don't normally sleep well due to pain, but I had a 3 great night's sleep). My only grip was that we had a disabled access room which was lovely and big but the toilet was very low not a disabled raised toilet) and the shower was in a bath so was no good if you can't get in the bath. The rooms are warm but we left the bathroom window open to let a breeze in and the road noise was not too bad. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
