Dunkin' - Epping

It's Dunkin ..watch a bunch of children handle their first job ..they are understaffed overwhelmed with people . They lack social skills but you'll get your coffee ?? not 100% thier fault it it what it is

These people consistently forget to sweeten my latte. I order an iced latte with liquid cane sugar toasted almond flavoring, and they never put it or the flavoring. It?s been like 5 times this has happened lol. It?s annoying because the dunks near me isclosed for renovations, so this is my only other option that?s relatively close

On 10 26 21, I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant and a egg and cheese wake up wrap. The wake up wrap was fine, the the egg and cheese on a croissant was terrible. The croissant was raw, like dough. I feel sick. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. If you must go to dunks in Epping, don’t go to the shell. They are rude and don’t care about you. Go to the one by McDonald’s, better service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This young boy spills our coffee’s and laughs about it. Then he was giving our coffee’s to us all messy and no straws. Then literally threw them at us. This place is nothing but a joke….
