Excellent food and even better if possible, staff! Over the years we have eaten at least once a week between Maple Valley and Covington. moved to Enumclaw recently and Jackson’s is 10/10!
A fantastic staff with excellent service; Jackson's is one of the best restaurants in Enumclaw. Between their delicious burgers, wonderful appetizers (the Cordon Chicken Bites are my favorite) and some well-mixed drinks I must give them 5 stars and my custom for the coming years.
