When I first went, I was told that they weren't open yet and weren't told when they would open. hours are wrong on Google cards so I added a suggestion for a time change, but when I went back to the second time a hired one told me that they don't really know when they will open due to sluggish computer. the hired was nice and polite.

Usually quite good, but terrible service today. train to the drive thru, waited approx. 10 minutes without confirmation so parked and went to the door. Both locked, went to the window, knocked on it and three employees then looked around. I guess you don't want mine anymore.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am livid. I spent over 30 min in the drive thru waiting on our food only for it to be inedible. The meat was so burnt that it was crunchy. They missed items, got items wrong and the alphas employees acted as though they were high. I have tried to call to get my money back but no one will answer the phone. $40 down the drain.

Ordered the chicken sliders. The chicken was good but was made like a burger slider with mustard, lettuce, and tomato and not pickles and mayo

Love the fried clams and fried garnel the problem is that I discovered that I had only 1 order of fried cuddles when I paid for 2 and I certainly did not want to go back and wait another 26 minutes. I was sure disappointed the next time I'll check before I move away from the window.
