Steinbua - Elverum

Before heading to Trysil, we decided to grab a quick bite to eat at this restaurant. I ordered a garlic and pesto-flavored shrimp kebab, which had a delicious taste and came with already peeled shrimp. The dish also came with a side salad and baked potatoes, both of which were equally tasty.

Welcome to Steinbua street food! Here, in cozy surroundings, you can enjoy a hamburger consisting of: thin patty in dry store-bought bread, with a large bowl of hamburger dressing alla idun on the side and, not least, a tasteless pomes frites. All this for the low price of NOK 209. Before that, you can otherwise take a good long look at the large sushi menu, when you have made up your mind, the gentle waiter will say they do NOT have sushi. There is no one to smile at you or welcome you, if you have social anxiety, this is the right place! You won 't be talked to! When you stand at the exit to pay, keep calm, the waiter will clear the tables first. Recommend the trip over the bridge to the stony ground for a proper street burger.
