Milano Elverum

First, we found a hair in our steak dish. We decided to let it go since we were super hungry and we had waited 45 minutes for our food. The servers were very nice, but the management was very rude. My daughter then bit into a piece of glass, which we took to the manager and showed them the glass that was found in the dish. I waited for them to make an apology or some sort of discussion on how they intend to fix this problem, but nothing. My daughter stopped eating her dish since she was afraid of swallowing any more glass or hair. When it came time to pay, they proceeded to charge me the full amount, so I asked them how they will deal with the dish that we only partially ate due to the glass. They first told me that I had to pay the full amount, so then I spoke to the manager who seemed to be the owner. He proceeded to speak a foreign language that was neither English nor Norwegian and then flicked his hands at me and the cashier then told me that they will take the steak off the bill. No apologies, just a rude hand flick and angry gestures because the cashier told the manager that I don't want to pay for the dish that we couldn't finish eating. I truly expected at least an apology, but to be angry because I had issues with paying for something that was dangerous to eat, is not acceptable. The food was OK at best, so I will definitely not going back. I have serious doubts about the cleanliness and quality control of the ingredients. Glass in food is NEVER acceptable!

We’ve tried many different food spots in town, but this one never disappoints. Service is quick and friendly, food is delicious and of great value. Their pizza in no way compares to Italian style, but it’s phenomenal every time we’re there. If you’re in Elverum, this is where you wanna get your takeout!

Is not it! Ive had some amazing pizza, (Babette, Stockholm) and this unfortunatley fall att the lover end of the scale! The dough didnt feel ready. The ham was more chunks then topping. To much of! There wasnt really a taste to the pizza i ordered. Now, norway is not known for fantastic food, But one could wounder where the problem would lie in making a desent pizza! I know its not a star restaurant, and i would call myself a chef! But liking food enought to have tried one and three star places, and whiteguide places, that are fantastic and affordable! A pizza at this place for 150kr is just not worth it! Just finished half of it because, Well it was not good! Ordered out and well, didnt bother going back for refund! I gave it 1 because the rating they do have doesnt show in taste.. I would nor eat there again! Looking forward to eating at some other place!
