Palm Pizza - Elmira

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened on December 20, 2013. The food is always fresh, and they generously top their pizzas with lots of cheese, which I love. In addition, I highly recommend trying their chicken wings.

The restaurant is not as good as it used to be. We used to get our pizza from there all the time and it was always amazing, with lots of toppings and cheese. However, when we ordered three different pizzas last weekend, they were not up to their old standard. We're not sure if they changed ownership, but we were very disappointed and won't be returning.

We decided to try Palm Pizza for the first time and were extremely disappointed. I ordered a thick crust with extra sauce, but received a thin crust with extra sauce instead. They also forgot to include my dipping sauces and two free drinks that were part of the special. When I called to complain, they apologized and promised to make a new pizza right away. I returned the original pizza, but was surprised when they took it back without offering to let me keep it for free. I had to ask twice for my dipping sauce and drinks, adding to my frustration. This will be my first and last visit to Palm Pizza. There are plenty of other pizza places in the city that deserve my business.

Lots of competition in this city for pizza, but these young are tips! always fresh food and service with a smile.

Excellent pizzas and less expensive than other places. Freshly made after order is place. Mostly Pick up yourself. They do have a couple of tables. They also have single slices to buy
