Chesik's Elmwood Inn - Elmhurst

This local dive bar is a hidden gem. It is impeccably clean, offers excellent food, and has pool and darts for entertainment.

This place is the perfect dive bar with a great jukebox, a pool table, and a lively group of friendly regulars. It has become my go-to spot whenever I am in the Poconos, despite the slightly challenging parking situation and confusing front door. Don't hesitate to treat the whole bar to a round of drinks, as everyone is welcoming and appreciative. Just be careful not to enter through the wrong door like I often do. Cheers! Enjoy!

This quaint rural bar is the ideal spot for a casual meal. I would say they serve the best boneless wings in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Their grilled cheese is also exceptional, with a touch of garlic powder that gives it a unique flavor. I highly recommend adding bacon to it. The owners and bartenders are incredibly friendly. The average cost per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. I suggest trying their Mozzarella Sticks and Buffalo Bleu Fries.

If you haven't experienced some wild nights at Chesik's, you can't really call yourself a true North Pocono Local! Plus, their burgers are pretty delicious too!
