Arby's - Elmhurst

Poor service. Kid black hair throws money at you..don't even ask what kind of sauce I would like. Need better training..this was in the drive tru....

It was great eating a decent meal at Arby’s. I was blown away at how good it was. The staff is really friendly, courteous, and very professional. The service is really quick. Cashier is really attentive, never had a mistake order. The food is really delicious especially their chicken club wrap. The lettuce is fresh and prepared on a timely manner. Arby’s has a wide selection of delicious sandwiches, wraps, gyros and salad to satisfy your cravings. The good Folks at work they're doing an excellent job and making sure I'm taking care of. It was really fantastic service I received. Would definitely eat again on Arby’s and I definitely recommended.

Tried the new Wagyu Steak Burger. It was okay. A bit dry for me.

Arby's is located on the outskirts of Chicagoland, and they tend to cut their roast beef too thick. I recommend visiting other Arby’s locations where the meat is sliced much thinner; it has a far better flavor without the tough chewiness. The staff here seem disinterested and not very attentive to their work.

The inside of the restaurant was freezing cold because the air conditioning was set too high. None of the condiment dispensers were filled, so I had to grab those inconvenient little packets from the counter, which I really dislike. The sandwiches were quite small and lacked enough meat. I was hoping for more flavor. However, the "bark" was missing. On a positive note, the lush puppy fish was truly excellent, which is what we came for.
