Contribuiți la feedbackI was in Silver Spur the last two Fridays in a row to enjoy their Fish Fry. We used to eat semi-regularly here until we found another very satisfying beer Battered Cod closer to home. Decided to stop in the afternoon with my aunt from Chicago on the way to watch a baseball game and we were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and got great service. The food was fast, hot and delicious. I was fried, it was baked with potato pancakes that were cooked for perfection! I kept my crispy cake in my hand and immersed it in the cup of apple sauce. No fork needed. Drinks were very affordable. I returned with my father and sat on the terrace. We were there later the day and could pour the mouth with fresh baked bread. Service was pleasant and attentive. I ordered fried cod again and left one of my 3 pieces of dad back as he had baked and I wanted him to try both. We were both satisfied, though the pancakes needed a fork this time and were not so sharp. Nevertheless, well prepared and incredibly delicious. I had their BBQ before, but I'm not a big consumer of BBQ, so it's nothing I'm looking for or usually order. As a beginner consumer I found it good to be and how everything served sauce itself.
The food was the bomb! This dish was just $13 and I got free bread just Cuz I asked our waitress was amazing super friendly many smiles my wife drink about 13 Cokes, and they didn't even hit a lash. The place was clean and the remaining rooms. Next time, we'll go back for drinks sick post. But worth the money. And the prices are very conservative! Also I would like to add that the tables were wood very robust and the Armless chairs were made of wood with a very nice pillow floor very comfortable. Overall it was very pleasant and friendly and we will definitely go back. Steven (Taco) Guerrero.
Great wings on Wednesdays for 75 cents a piece, smoked then flash fried for crispness giving them a very unique and delicious flavor and texture. They have a choice of 4 sauces including Buffalo. Service was very good, decor matches the age of the historic building the restaurant is in and it is located in a beautiful quaint location. Plenty of parking on street or lot behind the restaurant. Separate bar area. Overall, the experience was a good one and I will return and invite friends and or family.
My family and I had dinner here for my son's and my birthday. The food was excellent, but the desserts were even better. If you like made-from-scratch carrot cake, then this is the place to go.
Our friends brought us here for lunch. They often eat there what was obvious as the owners welcomed them, as old friends abd took great care about us. We all had the JuicyQ that was delicious! This is a place where we'll be back soon.
