Carl's Jr. - Ellensburg

I always get the beyond famous star with cheese and cuts. the quality of the burger at this place is quite unconclusive. if it's good, it's really good, and I wouldn't mind spending so much on it if it was consistently good. but it is so disappointing when it comes out at the poorer end of the spectrum.

They have our food in approx. 10min of order on the counter ready. the order was correct and the food was good. I can't ask much more.

Very good place for fast eating. the staff was nicely polite, eating was right.

I ordered two hamburgers and a little frit. I said my daughter had an allergy to soy when she asked if I wanted to be on them. I said no. she can't have a cheese because she's allergic to it. amber is the one who took the order. the person that makes it, put it on it and we didn't know it. to the happiness my daughter checked her burger before she took one bite into her. both hamburgers had a good time on them. I called and ask to speak to the manager and turns out who or was the manager. we were already on the autobahn. she had completely black empathy. just said it was a mistake what they want me to also the manager wore no gloves and used their mere hands packed the pommesbox that put their finger on the edge in the box of the pommes!

A fairly nice Carl's Jr. Very clean both inside and out even in the restrooms. Food was good fresh and quick. The service was good with a friendly smile.
