Jack In The Box - Ellensburg

Jack was good in front of the pandemic, yes sometimes the people were discouraged) sleeping in the lobby, but it was open and you could order eating there. what is the point to be open around the clock if no one can order car traffic except exists!

I have had at least 2 bad experiences going to this location, but this is my first time leaving a review.On one instance I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru and was asked for my order at the speaker box as usual, but then was cut off mid ordering when the drive thru person said “hold on I’ll be back in a few minutes.” So I wait about five minutes just to be told that the place was closing early due to short staffing. So I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes without getting to order food because I was stuck in the line and there were about 3 cars ahead of me. I was LIVID.I have gotten bad fries from this place as well, but I can’t believe what happened today. I ordered a side salad and opened up the container to see soggy, runny, brown lettuce. I am disgusted that no one checked to see if that salad was fresh.I see a lot of bad reviews for this place and I totally understand why

First time I came here they gave me the incorrect salad and tried to pass it off after I paid as oh well that's all we have. Got my money back whole ordeal took 30min. Begrudgingly returned a month later to grab something quick for my kids because the location was convenient and spent another 30min waiting for our food. I ordered a chicken sandwich, value fries, and chicken nuggets....30 min! All for a gross handful of French fries tossed in a bag...rude, Do better! I get people have shortages but a heads up on the wait time would help.

Apparently the problem others have had at this store recently have not been resolved. At 10:30 PM sat in line for 10 minutes with two other cars while a fourth was being served. Didn't sound like orders were being taken on the speaker. Ordinarily this would not get me to complain, but then after the car at the window left, what looks to be the entire staff walked out the back door to vape. No explanations or anything.

We stopped to order breakfast and we were told that the chef is to busy cooking his own breakfast and they will not be taking any orders at this time. Bad way to run a business. Rude employees. Lazy employees. I will never stop here again. My guess by the other multiple cars being turned away because the cook is to busy making his breakfast that I will not be the only one never coming back
